These terms govern your use of 1min, a random video-chat and matching app. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use 1min. We check this with the birthday you provide and a live selfie analyzed for an estimated age — attempting to bypass this check, or creating an account on behalf of someone under 18, is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate removal.

How matching works

1min doesn't have a browsing or swiping feature. The only way to match with someone is to have an actual one-minute video call with them and both indicate you're interested afterward. Calls are randomly paired based on the preferences you set and are not recorded by us.

Your conduct

Using 1min, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or verbally abuse anyone you're matched or calling with.
• Show nudity or sexually explicit content on camera or in a photo.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions.
• Use the app to solicit money, sell anything, or run a scam of any kind.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute a call or conversation with someone else without their consent.
• Attempt to access another user's account, or use the service to harm or disrupt it (including bypassing age verification or rate limits).

Violating any of this can result in your account being suspended or permanently removed, with or without notice.

Reporting and blocking

If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Report button — every report is reviewed. You can also block anyone, which permanently prevents you from being matched with them again. Filing a false report to harass another user is itself a violation of these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you post, but you're responsible for making sure you have the right to share them and that they don't violate these terms. We can remove any content that does.

No warranty

1min is provided "as is." We do our best to verify ages and act on reports, but we can't guarantee the identity, age, or intentions of anyone you meet through the app, and we're not responsible for what happens during or after a conversation you have with another user. Use the same judgment here you would meeting anyone new online — never share financial information with someone you just met.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 1min and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or your interactions with other users.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
